sorry if my english is bad, i come from germany. I want to create a shooter skript and have download the AUM97 from George. First he say, open the t_shooter_weapons.c and then click in the button Tools and then in the option "Customize Skript". If i open this Tool they are nothing in the window. I have think, maybe i must add a skript, before i can custimze a skript. But if i click on the Tool "Add Skript" they come a window with the text "File missing: template.xml". How can i create a shooter skript, without this. I have Gamestudio A8 Extra-Edition and i have install the Update(8.20) about the folder with Gamestudio Extra-Edition. Could you help me, please?

Ich habe schon ewig nicht mehr mit den Templates gearbeitet.
Allerdings war meine Erfahrung damals, dass die sowieso nichts taugen.

Ich würde anders versuchen in Gamestudio einzusetigen.
- Lerne programmieren! Hier gibt es gute Tutorials: http://www.opserver.de/wiki/index.php/Scripting_Tutorials . Slin`s Lite-C Tutorial ist zu empfehlen.
- Falls du tatsächlich erst mit Templates anfangen möchtest: Es gibt auch Alternativen. z.B. das Accelerated Adventures Toolkit für Gamestudio A8. Damit kannst du ein nettes 3D Adventure basteln. Für den Einstieg sicherlich sehr nützlich und macht Spaß. Ist für den nichtkommerziellen gebrauch sogar kostenlos und bietet gerade für Anfänger sehr viel zum ausprobieren. Mach vorher aber das Wed-Tutorial (http://download.conitec.net/wed_tutorial_d.zip). http://www.accgames.com/index.php
