@JustSid: As I've written in my first post, there IS a limitation of 6MB for code with the default nexus (see manual).
@Darkmatters: Your game could even be 10GB published, that does not matter. Check and post the size of all your code files.

I was talking about the compiler because it sounds like OP has the problem that the compiler refuses to compiler scripts with > x lines of code.
