Hey everyone.

I've got an issue when importing a terrain from PNP-Terrain Creator ( http://www.pnp-terraincreator.com/ ). I get it looking exactly how I want it, using splat for the textures, then I export it to .hmp, using the built in exporter.

I add it to my level, and then open the leve in GED, it asks if I want to attach the "mtl_terraintex" script to my terrain, which I do...in order to get the "splatted" textures to show correctly.

It looks good in WED, and even in GED....until I run my level. Then it looks all patterned...and not so good.

Doesn't matter if I run this in A7 commercial, or A8 free. Maybe try A8 trial?

I'm adding to screenshots. One from PNP, and the other in 3DGS while running the level.

Any help would be greatly appreciated laugh

you have to adjust the texture scaling
look at the material parameters and adjust them

Thanks for the reply Richi. Is this something I adjust in GED, WED, or in PNP before I export? I'm having trouble finding the material parameters.

you have to play with the variable "detail_size" in your main script
