yes you must have commercial or pro and good 3D card.
but the last very good shader is not in the wiki ; it is here :

it is on page 2 or 3 of shaders, and a demo was released , i've tested it ,
and it works great , i could use it easily.
And more it is for DX9 and latest 3DGS updates.
It is better than the shader on the wiki , because this of the wiki not a lot of people have used and it doesn't work with the latest beta updates of 3DGS.
