I was hesitant to upgrade to DX9.0c and A6 6.31.4 but there are features I wanted to use so I went ahead and did it. Now I have some problems that I wanted to avoid.

Shearing -> is horrible with the new version. I searched the forum and found that I should turn OFF d3d_triplebuffer. I did this and shearing is gone, but a worse problem appears with about the top 10% of the screen showing a strange jagged pattern. This pattern prevents me from seeing the fps display on the debug panel and from seeing the menu to exit the game.

I am using a GeForce card that was working flawlessly prior to the upgrade of A6 and DirectX. Please note this because it is going to be more disappointing if I'm told its the card. Card was working perfect before.

Is there anything else I can try?
