I have the experience you want, as a developer of 3D-Gamestudio products like GED and (partly at least) LED ( http://www.opserver.de/ubb7/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showgallery&Number=370818 ). I programmed a lot of different 3D-Gamestudio DLL's and i know the DLL interface by heart.

1) Do you also pay the Kintect device itself?
2) What is the price you are willing to pay for a functional and full working lite-c dll?
3) Shall the project be exclusive for you, or can it be sold to other Gamestudio Users (which would of course reduce the price for you )?
4) do you want the source-code at the end?
