Am I correct in thinking you want a shooting template and river movement script?

Shooting templates are already apart of 3dgs.

river / water flowing - you might want to look at the wiki and find some free / paid coding help.

If the shooting templates are no good for you check the aums there are several in there that you can use as a reference to create / add to your own.
