ich fand den fbx workflow auch immer extrem lästig und buggy. es ist viel angenehmer, wenn med und wed überhaupt nicht berührt werden müssen. das problem ist, dass ich im moment überhaupt nicht mit gamestudio arbeite. es wäre besser, wenn derjenige der am exporter arbeitet, den exporter auch bei seinen eigenen projekten verwendet. zeit habe ich im moment auch nicht viel und wenn ich meinen normalen tagessatz verlangen würde, dann würde das eher teuer, weil einige tage würde ich schon brauchen bis alles funktioniert. es ist nicht so schwierig. einer von euch bekommt das sicher hin! als ich mit gamestudio angefangen habe, war es unmöglich vertex animierte gamestudio modelle aus maya zu exportieren. ich hatte keinen plan (ich musste dafür extra mel und c lernen) aber nach 2 wochen hatte ich einen funktionierenden exporter. ihr habt wenigstens eine vorlage zur inspiration.

MED should work ! Perhaps that new Blender version that don't follow old FBX format ? Is something should be done it would be on MED no ?
It's better to support FBX or collada, this way importing i independent lot more from the modeller you use !

It`s a big difference if you use Blender for simple, small models or if you design your whole environments with it using certain 64k Poly-Meshes with many textures. There`re many important things you have to worry about while exporting and importing (level structure, object placements, texture tree..). FBX eport can`t handle that task at all. And then there`s the workflow. With the Gamestudio exporter I can export the fully working level within two minutes. With the FBX export (if it would work at all), I`d need to convert all the stuff, check the textures, .. and I`d need about 30 minutes with the crappy MED in the crappy workflow. FBX export might work for simple models with one mesh and one texture. But it`s unusable for serious tasks.
