But the supporter responce always like this: Quote: Thank you for your message! A Pro Edition or a Support Ticket entitles you to email support. Please include your Support Ticket number or Pro User ID with all support questions. Questions are normally answered within one business day. The answers to the most frequent support questions can be found at: http://manual.3dgamestudio.net/afaq.htm What I need now is applying for the access to beta user group. Now it make me crazy. What is to be done ??

They will answer your question within a few regular work days, probably on Monday.
