I want to write a side scroller, and i have the script nearly finished, but yesterday i saw this genius torch effect in Superku's superku game and i thought about adding such an effect to my game too (-> a flashlight or something), but i did not have enough money to buy a commercial or pro version so my question is: Is there any possibility to make sutch a thing without using shaders?
