A point of interest for anyone who cares...

Exporting as 3DS works fine as long as the filenames of any textures is
LESS than 12 characters long, including extention (and I assume path).

EGs:
"White.Tga" is good
"White123.Tga" is good
"White1234.Tga" is BAD

[EDIT] Ive just hacked the plugin so this limitation (that was needed for 3D Studio MAX only)
has now been removed...



And exporting as object works OK if you remember to strip the path in the export settings.
Is there any way to change its defaults?
