i test these before remove the object

pXent_settriggerflag(my, NX_TRIGGER_ENABLE, 0);
or
pXent_settype(my,0,0);

but error occur in ent_remove.

yes i know i meant instead of removing it ,but someone else with more experience
might help you ,im still inexperienced to the point that im not sure if
this is a bug or simply have to be left to the engine to get rid off..

i even test physX_destroy() but after destroy physic engine, physX_open() dosen't work

maby you should try taking this to the "ask the developers " thread perhaps
they would assist you in this problem or shed light on what causes it or
what to/not do
