Hey Random, aren't you german? Keep in mind that the german law requires you to have an Imprint on your website if you don't want to pay high fines.

Also, while OSAKit might be totally awesome to have your games in the browser, they are still Windows only.

He isn't the "provider" of the webpage (free shared html hoster), it's not hosted in Germany and he's not providing any kind of commercial service at all. So, nope, no need for an imprint.
