actually there is no error and the code RUNS properly..but I just guess there
is some thing that is happening but not really the shine( env mapp) and bump mapping is happening

Usually you need a specular map in the bump maps alpha channel.

To up the specular effect in the shader go to line 25 of the fx file and change the 5 in TextureFactor = 0x5f0f0f0f; to a higher value, hope this works

ummm... I have completely white alpha channel of the bump map which corresponds to maximum metalic shine and also I do have the textfactor to 9 already but still no results

Try a texture that looks something like this and see if it makes an difference

I'll post the shader on Planet Acknex and they'll post it in the code category sometime in the next month so you can run a full working script and see whats wrong with yours or just grab the working version

I would be happy to but as you know I've got the team commercial only, if I sent you the files in finished format minus published, would you be able to compile ISG, I think I can still post them on your web server.

They're PS 2.0 so you'll need a compatible card to see it. I can convert it down for people with Geforce 4's prob

Here's a screen, it sort of has a fake radiosity as well

hi Matt... the screen looks nice though i dont see the ehniy effect ..more of radiosity ( correct me if I'm worong)
