The problem with this is that Gamestudio uses OpenAL and there is no way to get the amplitude out of OpenAL. Neither from an individual sound source nor from the final mixer. You can of course analyze the sound file itself and get the amplitude of it from there, but that is not exactly trivial (although perfectly possible, even in Lite-C)
