Spider_Man, you need to explore the website. Most of the information you are looking for is there for you.
There is a description of the engine, what you can do with it, how much each version costs, what each version's features are, etc. The demo is free to download. Try it for yourself and see what it can do by following the tutorials, looking through the manual and having a play. 
You will get a much more clear view of 3D Gamestudio by doing this than you might think. You'll see instantly that you can design levels to look how you want them to (I think this was one of the things you were asking). You'll see that the templates are free. You'll use some of them in the tutorials.
Use the links at the bottom of this page. I'd recommend starting at the info page, then go to the download page and get a copy of the demo and tutorial. While you are downloading the demo, have a look at the what else is on that page and the rest of the site.
Once you have started with the demo, this forum can be a great place for help. Until then, it's all a bit abstract. Some things are just easier to DEMOnstrate than describe.

Thanks alot for your very kindly information .. i have the demo now and i keep reading alot to find more questions
But i still wish to know every price special for the new version which is called A6

The url is working fine for me. If you can load this forum without problems I really can't see why you would not be able to load the info page.
The price for A6 is as follows;
Standard - US$49
Extra - US$89
Commercial - US$199
Professional - US$899
Why not contact Conitec directly? I'm think they'd be happy to email you a copy of the info page if you're serious about buying.

Everything now is looking very cool, i have the demo version and i'm playing around it. But : - What is the Customizable Start Window ? - Does The Water mark appears only at the Standard version ? - What is the Start up Logo, is the company logo also ? - If i pay to have any version, am i able to pay later for the other version ? (ex. switch from standard to professional version) - What is the mean of Client/ Server does it means how many playes can join the game in same time ? (ex. commercial have 4 , proff. have unlimited). - The Terain is not availabe at the standard version, how can i create terrains then, or is it a special engine to create terrains ? - The File Packer ... does it means have the whole game as a one package ready for sale (able to install it with setup procedure? - How can i find tutorials to do modeling exactly as the models which comes with the engine (low polygonals very simple models) Sorry for all those questions but i want to race the time

=> Standard version only, from the extra version on, it's gone..

=> It's indeed possible to upgrade to better versions, from say standard A6 to pro a6

=> When you make a multiplayer game (for playing over the internet) these are indeed limits to how may players can join the game

=> It's a special feature of the engine, but you can create terrain-like surfaces with 'blocks'. The 'blocks' are basic primitives that you can make in WED to make your levels, just think of it as a normal leveleditor

ready for sale (able to install it with setup procedure?
=> The file packer makes sure the nobody can steel your code / models / levels / sounds etc. It doesn't provide you with an installation / setup program.. Without the file-packer, everybody can see your game's coding / programming, but there are some programs, which will encrypt your game just like the file packer..

=> Search this forum, or just search in www.google.com , for 'low-poly modeling' .. This should get you started..
