Valve wont do something like this, not even in 1000 years.
Actually Valve doing a lot of better stuff, than those CS:S skins
If somethign is used from valve you will see it in the credits list...
They always say, that hands model is the default one, from the CS:S, so Valve has it's part on those models.
Anyway you are not able to use this models for commercial, and maybe even for free! Cause using them out of the CS:S is illegal.
