I did not find the original statement about the said "secret project" but only the following:
I can not say anything about the secret project, otherwise it weren't secret, but we're working together with a much larger company on that project.
Apparently it was/ is just one of the contract works.
As I read your words ("we have to work off some other stuff first. If that's finally behind us") I assume this will not be completed before December. Then I will just try to be patient and hope you manage all that stuff so the 8.50 update can arrive before my game is done.
