hi ive this model of a van I downloaded.

that I added to my level, when I run the level, I get this error message that says,

bad mesh - more than 64k vertices.

is there anything I can do for it to work?

Reduce the number of vertices?

If you're owner of a pro edition you can use the mesh reducer. If you've got a version below you have to manually remove vertices.

If i remember right this mdl reducer wont work ive tested it a long time ago. Did not work for me and for other users as well. Milkshape feats a mdl reducer but without bone support.

Yes it will. Of course, if you take polygons away it wont look better than before. Its same with a JPG fex. Pro's reduce polys "by hand" not which such auto reducers, cause then they have control about the optic ( dont get me wrong i use autoreduce too ^^ ). But a model with more than 64k polys sounds like it wasnt made for realtime 3d for me. Normally u use LOD to prevent user from seeing this "deformations" as good as possible.
