Lol. I had questioned that for two weeks ago cause I wasn't sure about it. I had not received an answer but for me it was clear that when paying my monthly fees for the strategys and also Z12/Z5 are in ZorroS it would make sense for me that I'am on the save side here.

But I guess you will tell me that I can't trade Z5/Z12 in parallel on two different VPS Servers with different real accounts? Mmmmmh.

So even when I can buy more than one strategy and pay monthly for them I can only trade one of them at the same time?

Okay than I think I will cancel both monthly orders of Z5 and Z12 and the MT4 bridge and only buy ZorroS? Would this be the way to go jcl?

Yes, I'm afraid even though you subscribed both Z5 and Z12, you can not use both at the same time - for this you'll indeed need Zorro S. I had somehow not seen your question from 2 weeks ago. As you've subscribed one of the systems erroneously, you can contact Support and will get the subscription fee refunded.

I had 1.14 and just downloaded 1.16. I tried to test the Z12 system, but there was no price data for most assets. Did installing 1.16 erase the price data from 1.14?

I downloaded price data from here: http://zorro-trader.com/download.php

But now when I try to test it, I get this:

Error 055: USD/CAD 2010 price history missing
Error 055: USD/CAD 2011 price history missing
Error 055: USD/CAD 2012 price history missing
Error 055: USD/CAD 2013 price history missing.
Error 055: AUD/USD 2007 price history missing
Error 055: AUD/USD 2008 price history missing
Error 055: AUD/USD 2009 price history missing
Error 055: AUD/USD 2010 price history missing
Error 055: AUD/USD 2011 price history missing
Error 055: AUD/USD 2012 price history missing
Error 055: AUD/USD 2013 price history missing
Cancelled

Then it freezes and crashes...

No, installing 1.16 can not erase the price data from 1.14. It's also not enough to only download the data: you must also unzip it into the History folder. Make sure that you located the Zorro folder correctly on your PC.

Well, obviously I didn't just download the data, I placed it in the History folder in the exact same place where the History folder was when I was running 1.14...

Would it help when you use the 'Download' script?

It would, but downloading all data with the download script would take a long time, at least several hours. That's why the data is available on the download page for quick access. We should better find out why you have a problem with installing that data.

Can you contact support through the email address in your manual? They'll walk you through the procedure of downloading and unzipping the price history files, and will find out the problem.

OK, it seems all issues have resolved themselves over the weekend without my doing anything...

1) I was able to successfully run a test today, meaning it was able to access the data that I had unzipped into the History folder last week. Last week it reported that there was no data even though there was...

2) last week when I downloaded the data there was no 2007 data for NAS100, SPX500, GER30, US30, USOil, HAUUSD, XAGUSD and no 2009 USOil included in the download. When I downloaded it again today, there was...

3) It stopped freezing and crashing when I tried to run a test...

Not sure how these problems got resolved, but I'm glad they did...

Another user had the same problem. It was apparently caused by a temporary wrong price history file on the server last week - sorry for this. This has been fixed and was most likely also the reason of your problem.
