The alert means that you should check if the trade is opened in the trade station, and close it. Zorro can not manage this trade and it is not recommended to manually manage it.
This happens when the FXCM server becomes unresponsive just after a trade was entered, but before it was confirmed. It happens rarely, but it happens, for instance when the online connection temporarily breaks down. Zorro waited 51 seconds for the confirmation of that trade, and as none arrived, it opened the alert dialog.
There are two possible ways to reduce the likeliness of that problem: letting Zorro wait even longer, or enter trades not exactly at minute boundaries, but delay them by individual intervals. We have the impression that the FXCM server sometimes gets a hickup when too many trades are entered at the same time. Thus we plan to implement the second method in a future version.
