Coca Cola's Version requires more trigonometry to work, and would - However there is an easier solution as LemmyTheSlayer had mentioned.
As said, Lower the clip_near to your desired number. 0 will remove all clipping but you should read more about it.

Da habe ich mich wohl ungenau ausgedrückt. Ich meinte: Mit der Kamera nicht zu nah ran gehen. Das wird sowieso von selber passieren, wenn deine player-Entity eine vernünftige Kollisionshülle hat. Es ist schließlich in der Realität auch schwierig, mit den Augäpfeln eine Wand zu berühren.
