I use A8 SED everyday but my software is not complete. What to do to unlock TCP/IP commands like "socket_connect()"? For now, I have a pop-up telling that the fuction is not implemented. I need an upgrade?

"socket_connect" is there since A7.82. If it's not working (you've found a bug?), then report it.
The last update was more than a year ago (feb 2014), so don't hope for the next one to fix your problem.

socket_connect does only work for Acknex Pro.
But you could use http://www.anet-plugin.com/ instead
