Hi,
I went into the "Simple Pixel Shader Tutorial" section of the wiki. I have downloaded the file "pst1.zip". However, I don't seem to be able to get the effect of the shader to work (It just show the stone texture with no blending of any other textures). Of course, I have altered the PATH in the provided wdl to my own engine installation path.
Do I need to assign an action to any object before running the tutorial level? (since build and compiling directly doesn't work, I have used "pst1.wdl" as entry for compiling).
Also, there is no error returned by the engine when running the level, only that the effect just won't show up...
If there are extra steps needed in order to have the tute files working, please list the step out. For example, if there is a need to declare the use of textures (stone.tga, grass.tga etc) in the wdl script, please list them out. Or do I need to use dx8.1 as I have dx9.0c installed or...some other possibilities...
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
