I activated the default.c- / Tab-Console so you can fix some things yourself, for example the inactive mouse (mouse_mode = 2, if you dont know for some reason). The cameramouvement seems a bit weird at low speed and in interiors, I may fix this later. The Car-Gravity is currently a simple c_move(), I'll change it to a more realistic calculation.

The game itself should work. At least I hope there are no minor bugs.
