In the "How to report a bug" thread in the bugs forum you'll find some hints about what could cause a PC reboot. Your report is too vague to give particular advices, but the most likely reason for a memory dependent PC crash is a faulty memory chip. Run a memory test program.

Update video drivers and problem fixed.
