If you want super low latency, you're unlikely to get better than the VPS provided by your broker, which will usually be in the same datacenter.

Public providers like Amazon, Google, DigitalOcean, Vultr etc. aren't really optimised for latency to the major financial hubs (Equinix NY4, LD4).
