How about also including the upgrade instructions for each version in the manual as a part of the Release History?

Adding two update instructions is not guaranteed to work. We don't test the combination and there can be in fact cases where you can upgrade from A to B and then from B to C, but not from A to C. - I don't have saved the last update info, but you could continue trades. Only the location of the .trd files has changed from Lof to Data.

Sorry if I wasn't clear: I wouldn't be adding/combining the 2 instructions. I'd be doing 2 upgrades, 1.34->1.40 and then 1.40->1.42, each per their own instructions. Won't take that much time to do both. Obviously have the 1.40->1.42 instructions in the manual currently. Would just need the 1.34-1.40 instructions - was the .trd move the only thing?

Yes, that should work. I'm pretty sure that the .trd location was the only thing.

FYI #2: The 2 step upgrade appears to have worked fine - all trades continued. But perhaps won't know for sure until close is attempted?

Old versions are usually kept a while on the server under their version number, f.i. Zorro_1402.exe for Version 1.40.2.
