HI everybody, here are some screenshots of the second level.. only four more levels to go and then it finally done... The trees and plants on the screenshots are from the awesome Loopix model packages. Each level takes me about two months, so the screenshots from the third level will be available in May. hehe.. the funny sprite is a template fireball sprite, which will be replaced by particles.
Thanks for your kind words aztec. I've played HL2 a while ago but got stuck in Ravenholm and I saw a lot of screenshots from Half Life 2.. so yes.. it might be inspired a little by that.. however the quality is far from being comparable. The intention was to make some really huge levels with a starting point and an exit, but in between the player should be free to choose which way he goes to reach the next level. I see it as a big adventure playground.

oh and another thing the picture up the page it lets the player look tiny because the weapon is very low and the enemies are tall but the enemies look awesome too the again remind me of hl2 Great Work Regards Aztec
