BlackJack, RTS is the acronym for Real Time Strategy games. An RTS unit is a soldier, for example.

I don't have a screenshot, but the code creates a tiny menu with two buttons. Click the first button and the unit will rotate in a clockwise direction, while the second button will make the unit rotate counterclockwise.
