It seems that some other things have changed at IB.

The Zorro manual states (or it did last time I looked) that you need to be subscribed to "US Value Bundle PLUS" data subscription for Z8.

To make this work, I found I needed these:
- AMEX (Network B/CTA)
- NASDAQ (Network C/UTP)

I cancelled my entry for "US Value Bundle PLUS".
