Hello,

I would like to trade crypto perpertual futures on Kraken and Deribit using Zorro S and the provided plug-ins.

However the plug-ins do not seem to work at all for Kraken perpetual futures and only for BTC or ETH perpertual future with Deribit.

Does anyone had a chance to make either work?

Plugins connections seem fine, but the new instrument symbols are somehow not supported/recognized.

Exemple:
- SOL_USDC-PERPETUAL on Deribit
- BTC Perp on Kraken

The Deribit plugin was made a while ago when there were only two perpetual contracts: BTC and ETH. You can ask for pricing for that to be updated.

The Kraken plugin only trades spot. You can inquire about pricing for developing a Kraken derivatives plugin, but that would be more expensive than the Deribit upgrade.

But in my oppinion selling Zorro S with plugins which are half working is not very nice. It would be more correct to keep them updated with new Zorro releases or to remove them completely. Just to manage customer expectations....

FYI, you can:
1) Kindly ask for free updates here on the forums. Sometimes they do it when they have manpower/budget to spare.
2) You can also pay for expedited changes if they have upside for your trading account. Trading is a business operation, after all, so it can make sense.
3) Write your own plugin. The broker API is documented here:

I'l try 1) since I imagine it might be a very light existing plugin update.

I'll also look into 3) but this will be a much challenging thing for me....
