i would like to try out Zorro and play a bit around with some CFD trading strategies. But I have some trouble with connecting to a broker. It seems like the support page / broker list is a bit outdated?

I have an account at Oanda TRM. It seems like the Oanda API is not available there anymore.
So maybe MT4/5 bridge is the way to go? I downloaded MT5 from Oanda, and created a connection.

Zorro shows MT4/5 in the broker list. But connection failed. The log says it used MT4.dll, how can i tell him to use Mt5?.
the label in zorro's broker list also says "MT4/5 (demo)", even when the Account is set to "real". Does that mean that only demo mode is supported for MT4/5 ?
Zorro's manual page states that a plugin for the MT4/5 bridge is required, but on the download page I could not find such a plugin for download. Is it really still required? Or is it integrated now in the core now?

A lot of questions, sorry, but i would be grateful for some hints to put me on the right track.

Oanda does not permit some countries to trade with ther API. Check with them.

With MT4/5 you can trade from everywhere. How to connect is described in the manual. It requires several steps, so read that page carefully.

If too difficult, we do have a service to do it for you by remote access to your PC. It will take about 10 minutes.
