I was having a break for a couple of days so I didnt have a chance to thank you for your assistance. My problem was that I was using IrfanView thumbnail and not the real software .
I was looking for such a software for long, but my real problem was that I didnt know what keywords to search for. Anyways It's clear that IrfanView is the needed software for the job.
