modellers sell models, scripters sell their works. TheExpert, it´s not your right to offend anyone just because you are able to create similar things. Further, it is not fair to call anyone a noob just because he/she isn´t specialised in coding.

If you can do such a job and offer it for free, so do. If not, don´t flame around.

Modellers/Level designers don´t have to be scipt experts, if so, there would be no use for the any more. You simply cannot gain top results at ALL 3d disciplines.
