I also have this retarded problem. My .CLS IS working because after I get through all of the error messages I can see my cars body and the other newton objects in my level hit the ground and have collisions.
I tried it with the CAR tutorial that comes with Newton. It worked until I recompiled the whole level WITHOUT CHANGING ANYTHING.
This is very wierd if you ask me.

I figured it out!!! You cannot have a hollow cube as a skybox!!! You have to use a model! There are other ways you can do it too, but a hollow box over the whole level messes up the .CLS file!
