On the bottom of every page in the forums, there's a big bunch of links. Click the one a quarter of the way from the left with "download" and somewhere on that page, you can find the link to download 6.31. 6.33 is a beta version and only available if you're a beta tester. You'll need your A6 username and password given to you when you got 3DGS. You can find it in the file called password.txt from your key disk. For best results, use copy paste.
