Not sure if I ever did quite get to releasing this contribution I had talked about a while back (maybe a year ago) but I found it way back hidden on one of my backup disks. Anyone wanting to test this out or fix it up to their own abilities be my guest, this was a project/contribution to get my feet wet a little as well as help newer members get their feet wet by making and observing how to make a simple 2D Tic-Tac-Toe game titled "OX".
