I can record in 8-bit or 16-bit and any sample rate ranging from 1 Hz clear up to 100,000 Hz, including odd balls like 73892, 46180, etc.. I have the ability to clean up errors, stitch different parts of WAV files together seemlessly, and the surprising thing about this: the program I use is 11 1/3 years old.

Edit: if you want, I can make a longer sample if needed at maybe 20,000 Hz instead of 10,000.

umm.. this sort of thing any old wav editor can do.. who cares? I think you just post things like this so you can write lots of numbers.
