Plus, it only takes minutes to make a paypal account. And it's worth it
Yep, it's very easy and it's fast. However, not all building societies will allow you to transfer funds to them. I had to set up a TSB current account because of this. I didn't really want to but then again, I will need a bank account in a few months for when I start work. So it's all prepared .

Haha Bilbo I take it you saw the ebay scam recently perhaps ? That was done through western union if I recall correctly.

For me, not for long .
By the way, I wanted to say that it would be good for as many people to set up a paypal account for if they want to buy from people they know through the forum. Most people (like me ) are lazy and can't be bothered to pay a few measly $ for something worth owning. It could be a model or some 'hard to find textures'. However, I want to change this. I want to start using my paypal account again as it's only fair on the people selling items. It will be good because it will support their work. Lets say: I want to sell something, people pay me some $ and then a couple of weeks down the line, someone sells something and I contribute a few $ to them. Obviously, only if you wish to buy that item off them .
Sorry for hogging this thread Domingo.
