I had a problem like this with ellos bubble shader. Maybe you can solve the problem by setting the model transparent or not transparent if it is transparent.

Hi Ex, No this doesnt help Im affraid. But thanks anyway for your answer. We will build up those windows new and we try to fake that part with the disappearing window since those shading tools are kinda new nobody seems to fully understand them so we will go a diffrent way.
Hallo sinnlos/zwecklos! Habt ihr das Problem mit SMEE selbst gelöst oder anders? Und wenn wie (wie stellt ihr Glas dar?)? Existiert das Problem auch mit der neuesten Version von SMEE? Bin am Überlegen, ob ich mir das Tool auch hole... Cheers

This tread is quite old, but here's an answer anyway: Just use the shader on the glass only, not the border and the knob - that will give you sorting "errors".
Smirga, das Problem hat nichts speziell mit SMEE zu tun - DirectX funktioniert nun mal so.
