Ok Darkstar, you said you bought it "back when it was A5"...and you say you are trying to get 6.31.4 to run. Is that correct? If so, then that's your problem; you are trying to "update" your A5 to A6, and that isn't going to work...ever. You need to update to the latest A5 version (on the DL page; but I think there was some mention of it on the "Updates & Annoncements" forum here somewhere). If you want to use 6.31.4, you have to buy the upgrade from A5 to A6.

Now, if you have paid for your upgrade to A6, then we can try and figure out what's going on.
