Personally, this offer does not entice me at all. There are several things missing that really draw away from this post.

What are your expected goals?
Do you have a completed Design Document?
If there is no financial incentive up front then what is there to really entice us to take interest in your project?
What kind of game will it be?
How many of each position are required?
What will each sub-position be responsible for(Level Designer - Terrains, AI Programmer, etc...)?
and most importantly:
What makes this post any different than 90% of the other posts that come through here every week?
