Personally I wouldnt use them at all in a commercial project. I totally agree with you. These textures are found on the internet, and it won't be good for your game if u use some of the textures which may not be used for commercial projects or so... Or you must be sure these textures are fully freeware and may be used bij commercial projects and not only for personal projects. The best games are the games you create yourself.
