We need more websites linked to eachother, like a good webring. It's not only good for the traffic on all sites, but it also should give others an very up to date idea about projects and work in progress...

Um Yeah, there's one around here somewhere..

Formula Games - A place to buy and sell Indie games.

mhh, it seems that you think my page shall be something like the wiki is, some kind of webring... it's not a webring or a wiki at all, it's a developer page, designed for all developers not only the GameStudio users. And it's definatly no insider-thing as you mean, cause my corporation is not only focused on GS.

And as I said to PheMox in MSN, I don't want to list all developers in the list of registrated developers, look is everyone of you a GS beta tester or a registrated developer by NVidia? No, so only professional or good companys are accepted.

Our developer network shall contain only useful and good tools, sources and samples. You'll see what I mean in ~2-3 week when the page is fully done.

regards

Sorry, but you're late. Check out gamedev.net

I'm a bit sarcastic here, yeah. It's just that everybody believes to create the ultimate platform for developers although there're already some pretty good ones.

gamasutra is also another.

But it seems sorta insulting to me when it is said that only professional, or good companies are accepted, then say you'll only have good/useful tools, resources, and samples.

Like people who aren't "professionals" can't contribute positively. I KNOW this is not how it was meant, but it makes me shy away from such a place, because in my opinion, there are many non-industry game developers (ie "indies"), who are just as good, or better, than some who ARE employed in the industry.

But, I wish your website the best of luck! Another gamedev website can only be a good thing

Ok, I see there's a big misunderstanding, *my fault*,my definiton for a professional or good developer is (if I say it here in this forum) already a developer who has a team, even if there are only 2 or three persons, a game idea or whatever, what the team can realize and a team what does not leave the business after two days.

I never said that they've to be in the industry.

And of course non-professional developers may contribute things to the pages, as long as they are good tools, sources and samples, which means that you shall not contribute non-working, bugged things (as said on the pages btw.)

best regards
