Not to make trouble here, but why not use Sphere, it has built-in (and fast) grass code.. you dont have to use all the other stuff.
Simple Because sphere costs $$$ and we're all cheapskates.

Your Grass'2'matic looks very promising ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif) .

Now, how many sprites were used for that grass? EIGHT THOUSAND was it? EEESH
I think this is still a dandy contribution. Just use sprites with several tufts of grass and use waaaaayyyy fewer of them. OK, so you can't make a great field FULL of grass this way, but right now, noone seems to have that ability in any engine due to the huge quantities of sprites/models needed to have a real field of grass.
Try it with different and much fewer sprites, i'd like to see the results!
But this would be a quick way to make a nifty render in GS for a box cover or something!

I have worked a bit more on it but the frame rate is still pretty bad. I have added in...
-Model Support -Improved Editor -More sprite options
Still to come...
-Gravity -Waving
There shall be a release shortly...
KAIN - Coming soon...

lmao, I'd bet you'll be climbing the walls (just kidding with ya) that sphere add on looks very promising ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif) btw my self I'll be quitting smoking cause of health reasons, I'll most likly buy it some time next month ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif) . @Bright I'll try out your script/plug in when you release it ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif) .
