well i know models do change a little ran in the engine when compared to med... Tho shouldnt be that drastic not sure what the problem could be there... As for parts not showing up. Only thing I can think of at the moement is... Are you using tga for your skin... If so make sure you flatten it out or delete the alpha channel.... Models with an alpha channel with out the proper code can look very weird. So if your using tga make sure theres no alpha channel in the image. Also could be the normals... however if you say it looks fine in med then i doubt its that.
