the problem of Gothic 2 it was too hard to pull easily combos with direction keys , but indeed it's a very great RPG game
why devs haven't done some accessible gameplay ?

OK i'll remove it to see what happens

i've redonne the proportions : smallest head , smallest arms etc ..
now it looks like some real proportions , i'll post a screen

In fact the team toldme that this character is too away from the project.

so i 'm waiting for their answer and perhaps redo the first one, or a new one , or ennemies, i wait for their 2D art also.

huh?
I thought Gothic2 was pretty easy and offered great playability - but this is not the topic here, so I'll shut up now

yeah we can discuss elsewhere about gothic 2 fireball
the gameplay was not intuitive and fast as god of war on ps2 for example

Gothic and Gothic 2 is a role playing game with some more complexity, dialogs, spells, inventories, weapons and different combat tactics, character classes and much more. It do not have to be fast. It is not a shooter.
Sometimes I really do not understand you. You cannot compare almost everything with your beloved God of War. Every engine, game art and gameplay differs. And there are markets for it. The world is more than only God of War. I personally love complex games like Gothic, Oblivion or Deus Ex and find fast games boring. You might like the opposite. But because of that I will not say "God of War" is a bad game, it just differs.

I agree Deux EX 1 was a very great game i finished 2 times
For now for RPGs i prefer real action with full RPG elements , in fact that's a personal taste.
For example FF12 new combat system is top notch ,
i laos like tactical RPG , yes there are different type of games with different systems , that's only us too choose what we prefer.

I've done the unwrapping of the character, i'll have to texture it ,
perhaps like in the game Rogue Galaxy on PS2 : anime style with some details, this way i can texture fast without trying to copy reality and it's avoid passing hours on textures

Shots from MED : the arms seems big due to perspective
Some basic texturing :
i'll have to retouch it caus we can see texture is broken in some parts due to UV mapping !

it's a simple color texture without any details

Ok i've redone another time the templar man :
i've made him more strong , more muscle
and i've found the problem for BLender export to 3DS and import in Wing3D :
face extrude is the real problem :

so i'll redo the low wearing dircetly under wings3D or another program.

the model redone with better and strong hands

Just a question , how people do when texture painting to avoid textures breaks ?
for levels no problem , but for models like in my pictures ,
someone use 3D painting programs to retouch the textures breaks or another technique ?
