Hi, I'm new to the forums

My question:
My version of GameStudio dosent have a frame-toolbar. I thought I could fix this by updating my version to GS6.4; but when I downloaded it than tryed to run it, after I inputed my file location, a error message came up that said:
"Err. #161". Do I need to update to get the toolbar? If I do, how can I fix the problem?

Which GameStudio Edition and Version do you have?
(WED -> Help -> About WED)

For toolbars:
In WED check -> View -> Toolbars

I have 6.31. When I go into what toolbars I pick, there is only:
-Project
-File
-Edit
-View
-Status Bar

Yeah, seems like I didn't understand you right...
What do you exactly want?

I want the Frame toolbar so I can make animate my modles

For this you have to click on the "ANIMATE" button . Then you can animate your models. Better you update also to the 6.40.5 Version. MED is there much better!!

The WED (World Editor) is for creating levels and has no animating option, caus it simply doesn't need any.

The MED (Model Editor) is what you're looking for. You can create and animate your models with it.
Depending on what edition you have you can use vertex or bone animation.
(See the features list for details, just browse the 3dgs website a bit you'll find what I'm talking about)

And finally there is the
SED (Script Editor) thats what you can use to write your scripts and make your world come alive.
