I need someone to develop me a simple 3 level racing game. The game will have three levels. The levels are farmland, urban and highway. The game must have split screen support so that 2 gamers are able to play simultaneously (if split is not possible using GS the must have excellent network support for upto 6 gamers/cars). UI will show the view from cockpit or external view with mini map and speed shown on corners. The object of the game is to defeat the opponent as well as collect the 10 coins distributed throughout the race path. Use can also play alone (single player) and collect the coins. At the end of each level some questions will be asked (like a menu) and if answered correctly the user can play the next level. Need good terrain and car graphics. The terrains size is mid level.

Provide complete proposal to russell_anam_at_hotmail.com mentioning timeframe. Need it within a month. Many developers already have scripts/games ready like this.

Levels: 500 dollars
Scripts: 250 dollars
2D Art: 50 dollars

So for some about 800 dollars you'll get the job done by a good freelancer.

Well, 800 seems ok. My budget is around 1000$ for it. It is also ok to reuse any art/level from previous projects (as long as you have proper rights for it) as this game will only be used internally and will not sold/used commercially.

hm... no way you can get a game like that in one month and with a budget of $1000 and i also don't think it could be easily done with 3dgs.

city full of cars (with realistic physics), day and night mode, weather, pedestrians, car ai, split screen mode, 8 player network mode, easy to use level editor, farm land level with farmers, sheep, cows, barns and much much more... sounds a bit like san andreas to me.

I think , for the requirements of your game, its really impossible find someone serious and capable of make this game for only 1000 buckets.
